Culture.
CULTURE is a 30-day high-density experiment in Bangalore.
We are gathering 16 of the most ambitious builders in AI and Web3 to ship at the edge of what’s possible. No equity, no fillers. Just a house, kanye west’s graduation(and others), and the relentless pressure of a weekly ship cycle.
Our past builders are now at YC, EF, and F.inc, we’re here to find the next cohort for them.
The rocket lands on May 28.
a letter from us.
hi.
this is culture.
it’s an amalgam of the giants we stand on.
the first movie script i wrote was because of an epiphany listening to Kanye’s Flashing Lights.
the first code i wrote was because Fincher’s Social Network soundtrack connected neurons in my head.
i took STEM because the Infinite Improbability Drive in Hitchhiker’s Guide opened doors for me.
i went from an MVP to my first company after reading Isaacson on Steve Jobs and his dents in the universe.
some of them didn't work out. most of them did.
whether we realize it or not, the greatness in us is largely driven by the greatness in the world.
and it is this greatness that we name CULTURE.
it is this culture that this residency is made for—rather, out of.
you may wonder a lot of things, you may wonder what the hell’s up with this farza-esque letter (consider my debts paid, Buildspace).
but i believe that to become great, there is nothing wrong with borrowing from those who are already there.
the beatles moved ol’ steve.
douglas adams did it for elon.
jazz moved frank gehry.
blade runner built hong kong.
what moves you?
this is CULTURE. 28 days in bangalore for those who are moved. for the ones who ship code listening to kanye. for the ones who read the techno-optimist manifesto once and decided to build a company.
culture is not for the outliers. it is for the out-definers. for the enlightened. the hungry. the foolish.
if you’re cracked like that, and moved like that, then culture is for you.
we don’t take equity. we don’t take money.
join the coolest house in the world.
join for the builder culture.
join for, culture.
